We’re pleased to announce the availability of goVision 1.5, an update to goVision that adds value to the embedded video solution Lenel introduced last year. goVision 1.5 offers some exciting enhancements, including:

Web Interface. As of release 1.5, the goVision DVR can be accessed remotely using web browser software from any networked computer running Windows Internet Explorer 7.0. For basic video viewing functionality, there’s no need to install client software.

Extended Storage Options. A software archiving service is now available that can be used to archive all video or event video to network locations. When using the remote station client software, the following advanced functionality is also available:

Forensic Content Analysis. Video analytics can be performed on previously recorded video. goVision 1.5 supports the entire suite of Lenel intelligent video algorithms.

Audio Communication. goVision now allows two-way audio communication between users at the DVR and users at any workstation running the remote station client software.

Current goVision users can upgrade their systems by downloading a FREE software and firmware update.
